- Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Barbados.
- Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed you should receive your package(s) within forty-eight (48) hours.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the time frame given. If we face any delivery issues, we will notify you about the problem and inform you when your package is most likely to arrive.
- Delivery Cost
We offer free delivery services island wide seven (7) days a week during the hours of 7am-7pm daily.
- Delivery Instructions
We will only be delivering to the address given when the order was placed. In addition, there must always be a person available at the verified address to sign and collect the package(s).
We do not facilitate doorstep deliveries. Our Verified Delivery System ensures that packages go directly to someone at the confirmed address to avoid damage and/or theft.
If an individual is not present for the signing and collection of a package, the package(s) will be returned to the warehouse. Deliveries will only be attempted twice unless a valid reason is given.
When a second attempt has been made to deliver your package(s) to you and you were unreachable or inaccessible the package(s) will be returned to the warehouse and will be disposed of after a fourteen (14) day period in line with our policies. If you contact us within the fourteen (14) day period, we can organize to have your package(s) delivered to you at a cost to be determined based on your location.
